Goddard House is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that offers assisted living. Although we receive private, federal, and state funds, these revenues do not cover the costs of enrichment programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents and programs that support the professional development of our staff. We are able to provide these important programs by receiving foundation and corporate grants and donations from individuals.
Gifts, of any size, are important to us and are tax deductible as provided by law. A donation can be made in honor or memory of a Goddard House resident or staff member, a colleague, friend, family member or anonymously if desired.
We have two programs to which you can direct your donation. All gifts directly benefit our residents and our staff.
Please note: If you are making a remembrance donation in memory of a resident at a family’s request to Goddard House Employee Appreciation Fund, please send a check by postal mail along with your name, address, e-mail, phone and the resident’s name to: Lance Chapman, Interim Executive Director, Goddard House Assisted Living, 165 Chestnut Street, Brookline, MA 02445 Thank you!
Supports a broad range of activities and operations at Goddard House. Donations are directed to the General Fund unless otherwise specified.
Matilda Goddard Fund for Staff Development:
Supports college scholarships as well as professional development and skills trainings for all levels of our staff from housekeepers to nurses.
Please make checks payable to Goddard House, noting on the check how you wish to direct your gift, and mail to:
